• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

• To be eligible, you must:

  • Share an open parcel unboxing video.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.

💸 Return Charges

• A ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return logistics.

🔁 Exchange Option

• If eligible, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.

• Exchange charge: ₹150 (includes shipping both ways).

🔙 Refund Process

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Mode of refund: back to the original payment method.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
